We provide a spectrum of resources for work organizations in both the private and public sectors. Services are provided under contract with numerous organizations throughout the Lehigh Valley and are provided to organizational staff, as well as families, teachers and children.

Additional services include employee assistance programs, critical incident management and debriefings, executive/management coaching and training and organizational development interventions including specialized work with family-owned businesses.
